Robert R. Albright, Ph.D.
Bob Albright is a founding partner with AIM Consulting Associates. His areas of expertise include Strategic Business Planning, Leadership Development, Teambuilding and Conflict Resolution. Bob received his Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from the University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Business in 1994. Before entering the consulting field, Bob, a 1981 graduate of the U. S. Coast Guard Academy, served as the skipper of a Coast Guard patrol boat engaged in narcotics interdiction in south Florida. Bob has published in a wide array of scholarly journals on such topics as conflict resolution, strategic labor relations, and organizational change and received Fellowships from the American Council of Education and Yale University. His recent book, "The Complete Guide to Conflict Resolution in the Workplace" has been published by the American Management Association Press (AMACOM). Current consulting clients include Pfizer, Swarovski, Gateway Healthcare, and People's Bank. An avid boater, skier, and racquetball player, Bob, his wife Nancy, and three daughters live in East Lyme, Connecticut.Marick F. Masters, Ph.D
Marick F. Masters is currently Director of Labor@Wayne at Wayne State University, where he is a Professor of Business and Adjunct Professor of Political Science. Labor@Wayne includes the Douglas A. Fraser Center for Workplace Issues, the Master of Arts in Employment and Labor Relations, the undergraduate major in Employment and Labor Relations, and the Labor Studies Center. Professor Masters received his Ph.D. in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois in 1983. He served on the faculty of the Department of Management at Texas A&M University from 1982-1986. He served on the faculty of the Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh, from 1986-2009 (January 4), where he was a professor, Director of MBA Programs, and Associate Dean (Interim). Dr. Masters’ research and teaching interests are in the areas of negotiations, conflict resolution, employment dispute resolution, and public/federal/state labor-management relations. He has published more than 100 articles and two books: The Complete Guide to Conflict Resolution in the Workplace (AMACOM, 2002) and Unions at the Crossroads (Quorum 1997). He is currently working on books in the areas of the future of work, union finances, and negotiations. Dr. Masters participates in a variety of non-profit organizations and serves on various such boards. He is currently the president of the Detroit Chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association. He has generated research grants and contracts, won several teaching awards, and developed numerous executive education programs. Dr. Masters has consulted widely with a variety of organizations across numerous industries and been widely interviewed in print and electronic media. Dr. Masters is a senior partner with AIM Consultants. He has had nearly 15 years of administrative experience in various capacities and also been a candidate for the United States Congress.
Frank Irr
Frank Irr is a Managing Senior Partner with AIM Consulting Associates. As a Strategy and Organizational Development Consultant, Frank has coached and trained executives and managers from Fortune 100 companies such as Pfizer and General Dynamics, to locally-owned businesses in the pharma, financial services and manufacturing industries. He has expertise with non-profit and government agencies, and has international consulting experience in Europe, the Middle East and the Caribbean. He is a 1981 graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunication Systems Management. During his 20-year Coast Guard career, Frank held executive leadership positions and directed a nationwide leadership training and consulting organization. He specializes in resolving team dysfunction, managing the disruptive change associated with organizational transformation, and unlocking business potential through technology. Frank has over a decade of experience working on poverty alleviation in Haiti serving as Executive Director of the 4-star charity, Free the Kids, Inc. (2015-2020) and is on the board of Overture International. Both organizations assist vulnerable children and families through community development. Frank and his wife, Kathy, live in Norwich, CT, and have two married sons, two awesome daughters-in-law and three grandchildren.
