Bob Albright is a founding partner with AIM Consulting Associates. His areas of expertise include Strategic Business Planning, Leadership Development, Teambuilding and Conflict Resolution. Bob received his Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from the University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Business in 1994. Before entering the consulting field, Bob, a 1981 graduate of the U. S. Coast Guard Academy, served as the skipper of a Coast Guard patrol boat engaged in narcotics interdiction in south Florida. Bob has published in a wide array of scholarly journals on such topics as conflict resolution, strategic labor relations, and organizational change and received Fellowships from the American Council of Education and Yale University. His recent book, "The Complete Guide to Conflict Resolution in the Workplace" has been published by the American Management Association Press (AMACOM). Current consulting clients include Pfizer, Swarovski, Gateway Healthcare, and People's Bank. An avid boater, skier, and racquetball player, Bob, his wife Nancy, and three daughters live in East Lyme, Connecticut.
